Our mentors can help students to succeed through confidence building, networking and sharing knowledge and insights gained through the years
University is a daunting time for any 18 year old. For the students we support, this will be the first time they are away from their family, friends, and community. For our ALU scholars, it could well be the first time they’ve left their country.
Having a mentor, a trusted individual to be there, providing valuable support and guidance as they get to grips with university life, and figure out the person they want to become, is so important.
